Deactivation unsuccesful error code 194.13

I am trying to deactivate my Adobe 8 Pro so that I can install Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  I keep getting an error message 194:13. Help please.

Hi Tara,

There are steps that you can try in the Adobe Acrobat Forum here: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1675120?start=0&tstart=0. If that doesn't resolve the issue contact Customer Care. They will be able to deactivate it.
