Add licences

I bought 1 license of the suit of Adobe Creative Cloud direct from the Adobe web site. I am the license manager and I have the following question: I can add the licenses per app or I must add the license of the complete suit when I am in ADD LICENSES? ... I have this doubt because I would like a person of my team can use certain App from the suit and another person from my team use others ... and in total they make the Adobe suit
