I want to change our current date format:1/11/22 1:15 PM to Tue 01/11 1:15 PM (or)T 01/11/22 1:15 PM Basically, I want to display the weekday in the start on / due on column as we're getting a lot of struggles understanding why the dates are different when passing over a holiday or a weekend.
