She has over 20 years of experience in consulting, presales, and product management and has worked for start-ups as well as global corporations, such as Bosch and eBay.

Yes! The feature is available to Campaign v8 Managed Cloud Services customers on the webUI or can be tested from ExL directly here https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/apps/journey-optimizer/ai-assistant-content-accelerator. You can try it out and see firsthand how it speeds up your workflow, helps you scale personalized campaigns, and maintains your brand's voice. It’s a great way to evaluate how the tool fits into your team’s processes. Reach out to you Adobe POC to get access to the tool in your instance.

Great question; existing AC Managed Cloud Services Advanced and Enterprise customers on v8 can reach out to their Adobe POC or contact me here at aiassistant-contentaccelerator@adobe.com to receive the Generative AI addendum to sign to access the feature. The AI Assistant Content Accelerator is included, and its usage is measured through Generative Actions. Each time you generate content (text, images, or HTML), it consumes a certain number of Generative Actions. If you exceed your allocated amount of Generative Actions, you can purchase additional actions through a paid upsell SKU, ensuring you can continue using the tool without interruption.
