What does Adobe Target status code 403 means?

We are experiencing Adobe Target status code 403 error across all our websites.

This is what we see in the Target call:

Can you verify that the host (domain) that you are trying to send Adobe Target requests to is listed as an authorized host?

Thanks @NicholasDrzewiecki for your response. The issue is resolved now. Yes, there were some changes made to authorization settings due to which this error occurred. I toggled off - Enable authorized host for content delivery and everything came back to normal.
