Unable to create activity in Target

There's a strange error in my Target provisioning in my internal sandbox. I am unable to create or edit any activity inspite of giving my users an editor right. Every user has a default role of 'Observer'. Is there anyone who has faced a similar issue before and any way to resolve it?

Maybe check again in the adminconsole if you have given yourself the editor or approver rights for the correct target instance.

@riteshgAdb could you share the screenshot of the error message you get. Also loo for console logs and network calls for any specific error .

I have not faced this specific issue, but have faced many issues where I am unable to see the root cause.  This is why I have shared the idea to surface errors to the user within Target.
