It seems like your support system is not working quite right.
I get a popup on the page that the notification is created, and that I should receive an email confirmation - but I never do.
I've created a ticket about three weeks ago, and two today - not a single email or response from Adobe.
I realize this is not a specific "Target" issue - but the tickets I submitted were regarding Target
