Statistical Significance not right with an eVar in A4T

As a follow up to https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-target-questions/can-we-use-evar-value-as-a-goal-metric/m-p/616408#M9467, I was under the assumption that this approach would work, however, after using an eVar in A4T I noticed that the numbers for conversion rate, lifts, and confidence are not right. Is there anyway I can get this right? We do not have a success event and the only variable we can use right now is an eVar.
