How can I skip the cookie banner and go to the actual page?

The function "browse" does not work - also accept the cookies does not work.

What to do?

I just tested this using the same URL in your screenshot and it worked as expected i.e., I could switch to Browse mode, accept cookies and then return to Compose mode to make changes. I would suggest raising this with Customer Care because it will require some further troubleshooting beyond what is possible in this forum
