Some users are currently reporting that when they try to access the Search & Promote Help files, they are being redirected to a url for which they have no access.
The url they are redirected to is
https://maximus.sf.atomz.com/snp/help/en_US/snp/trunk/index.html#Home
and when they try to access that page they get the following error message.
'error code: server unreachable'
