Result Not Ready Recommendation

Hello guys,

 

Any idea why I still have Result Not Ready after 24 hours?

 

Im injecting data into Adobe Target as showed below. This data matches with Data Feed for Product.

 

 

How can I check that Im sending data to the algorithm?

    I can see the result now. I am using Adobe Launch to trigger Recommendation but I dont see entity1,entity 2 etc in the answer. I can see "user.endpoint.mostViewedEntity": { "value": "{\n \"ranksByEnvironment\" : {\n \"0\" : [ ],\n \"1702\" : [ {\n \"id\" : \"\",\n \"rank\" : -2\n }, {\n \"id\" : \"5-reasons-to-start-a-career-in-cybersecurity.html\",\n \"rank\" : 65\n } ]\n }\n}", "modifiedAt": "2021-06-10T02:26:25.653-04:00" } without other product information

    Is this still showing up as "Results not Ready"? If so, are you able to share the details of the Criteria?
