I would like to have two separate environments: Dev and Prod.
1. I created separate workspace for Prod and Dev
2. I would like to have separate at.js for Prod and Dev.
Prod CMS -> Prod at.js
Dev CMS -> Dev at.js
How would you like to approach that?

Just wondering how your Adobe Target has been setup? Are you using Adobe Launch specific to environment / or any hardcoded way to manage target.
Please refer below thread which is somehow relevant https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-target-questions/deploy-one-activity-to-multi...
See if this helps. If this satisfies your query please like, mark as helpful. Otherwise lets keep the conversation going.
Thanks
@Michael_Soprano - Quick check - are you able to set up the properties and workspace? An what approach you've used?
Thanks

But do different workspaces have different at.js codes? Or every workspace has the same script but you constrain activities on a property level?
I am coming back from different MA/Personalization tools so thats why I am a little bit lost
