How can you fire a single modification for multiple pages?

I am looking to fire a custom code on multiple pages. I have tried page delivery but it says 'And' when I need it to be 'Or'. I have also tried additional pages but it seems I have to add the custom code for each page.

@txmsmith You just need to hit enter and add the other page URL in the next line within the same column. Page Delivery will take this as an or condition. Example :
