Get/Set Campaign Notes with T&T API

Hello, 

I am able to get/set campaign configuration settings using the T&T API, but I cannot find a way to get or set NOTES to the campaign.

Does anyone knows of a way to achieve any of the following goals with the T&T API? 

a. Add a Note to the campaign when updating it using the API. 
b. Retrieve the ID of the last change log after updating the campaign. 
c. Retrieve the date of the last change log after updating the campaign. 
d. Retrieve the last modification date of a campaign, along with the user info of the user who modified it? 

Any of the above data will help me keep a proper change log for any updates made to a campaign using the API.
