Dear All,
I’ve set up an activity for our client that involves excluding specific users based on their previous page and a particular product ID. The aim is to target users with this product ID, but exclude those who visited the designated page.
My question is: Does this audience become active on their first visit, or only on subsequent visits?
As I understand it, audience data is captured during the first visit and can only be applied in the second visit or next session, meaning there are no real-time audiences. Is that correct?

Hi @priyankagupta20 ,
If you are creating an audience for the previous page using Site Pages, it must work directly from the 1st visit.
The Adobe Target audience condition in your case would look like :
(INCLUDE (Exclude : Site Pages : Previous Page : contains : 'URL') AND (Custom : ProductId : contains : 'YOUR PRODUCT ID'))
I hope it helps.
Thanks and Regards,

Hi @priyankagupta20 , You can create a real time audiences using RTCDP for pesonalization.
If you are using adobe analytics data for audiences then it will work for second visit.
