Audience Order or Priority

Avatar

Level 3

I'm new to Target, I have created an experience targeting activity which has the audience order as per the screenshot. The 'All visitor', 'Chrome Browser' and then 'Firefox Browser'. I have a test account which falls inline with 'Chrome Browser' experience but since 'All visitor' is top audience then in such case which experience should be displayed for test account? Does the audience order matters?

Thank you in advance!

Yes. Experience Targeting audiences are in stacked order. You should be able to re-order the audiences within the screen that you included. You would probably want All Visitors at the bottom of the stack.

@Eric_Vidana  Thank you! I'm able to change the order.

So in this case even if user is eligible for 'Chrome Browser' experience they will see the experience set for 'All Visitor' because it is set at the top? How this works? could you please give more insight.
