Audience Change in already running activity
I have XT activity already running but incase I want to change the audience at any point does that impact my running experience?

Yes, with XT activities the audience qualification is re-evaluated every time a request is sent to Target. It won't kick them out of the test from a reporting point of view but they would no longer see the test content
