Audience based on sessionId

How can I target customers/create segments based on the condition "if Target sessionId changes"?

session change information can be retrieved through user profile as user.isNewSession and can be used with other sessionid parameters in conjunction to achieve the goal via adding logical experssion. plz refer https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/audiences/visitor-profiles/variables-profiles-p...
