Hi @TulasiChaganti, is the expectation for a user to qualify for the segment and the Target activity using it in the same session? Because Analytics segments are Historical Audiences and do not work in real-time. There needs to be a 4-8 hour delay between a user qualifying for the segment and that segment being actionable in a Target activity.

If you are qualified and it has been more than 8 hours since segment qualification, I recommend opening an Adobe Target support ticket in the Experience Cloud Admin Console.
