Adobe Target Recommendation - No Download Data

Hello guys, 

Anyone knows why I dont have any recommendation data despite I am sending the proper Product Page entity information?

@Luca_Lattarini  are we using User-based recommendations here? For user-based recommendations, we do not get the  csv download option
