90% -10% traffic spilt

. I need some help in doing 90% -10% traffic spilt in adobe target. can you give some sample setup for 90% personalized and 10% will receive default.

I did like this. But when I check in analytics, it is showing 50% going to defaults and 50% for personalized. Exactly where I am doing wrong ? Can you help me in this
