6.5 AEM configure Target via Legacy Cloud Services?
If we configure AEM 6.5 with Target via Launch, do we still need to configure Target via Legacy Cloud Services?

Not sure if this is what you are asking however if you are trying to share Experience Fragments from AEM to Target you will need to open a support ticket in order for us to create a new user/pass combo for you to plug-in to the integration. Hope that helps.
