Ability to adjust criteria distribution to non even distribution

Problem: When creating a Recommendation activity if we use multiple criteria the distribution between them is always equally split. This is a good starting point however does not offer sufficient flexibility. It is currently impossible to re-allocate the distribution to 75% Criteria 1 and 25% Criteria 2 out of the box. However a known trick to help users get closer to their ideal distribution is to create multiple copies of the criteria for which we need more distribution into so that it ends up working out to what we need. Feature request: Provide a feature that allows the end users to click on the distribution percentage and modify it on the fly.
