UI to determine if any setting in target tool was changed or by whom

Hi Team,

I want to know, is there a way that I can use to identify who has modified target tool setting ? just like change log in activity

As of now there is no such option on the UI which can show which user changed the setting in the Target tool, however you can restrict this by granting the Approver level access only to the users who should have the authority to modify these settings on Target.
