Hi,
I integrate Target by using Launch. I disable the "hide body feature". I find that Target works fine when I use normal network. However, when I change preset to "Fast 3G" or whatever poor network connection in Chrome debug mode, it never works. Is there any settings that can help me fix this problem?
Also, I notice that if I refresh the page, sometime the target fails. I use the "Experience Targeting Activity" and set the audience as "All Visitors".
