Recently created target activities not showing in activity list

Hi Guys,

Is anyone facing the same issue where they are creating a test in target, the software tells you that's it been created successfully but it doesn't show in the list ?

Seems to be the same problem for form based and VEC tests.

Is this just a bug with adobe that will fix itself?
