where to enter license key

Hi,

We have purchased development license for Forms ES and PDF Gen. there is no place where we could enter the License #

and which license type we should select in the adminui?

License purchased is not for production but rather for development/testing, production license will be purched later.

EVAL	60-day evaluation license
DEV	Perpetual development license
NFR	2-year evaluation license
IDEV	1-year subscription to Adobe Developer Program
Production	Perpetual license
