What is this that I see happening?

I have a form designed in LC.  It has a repeating subform and the checkmark for "Repeat Subform for Each Data Item" is on.  Viewing the pdf in LC displays perfectly and the subform repeats.  Now open that same pdf with the same xml in Adobe Reader and guess what?  The subform refuses to repeat.  Instead it displays with only the first entry.  What is this?  I can't figure it out.  This is a very simple LC form.

Oh, my goodness!  I made a mistake I forgot about!  The not expanding when in reader is due to an error in saving.  "File" "Save As" then select some type with "Dynamic" from the drop down.

So sorry!  I'm just so happy it's working now.  I hope I never forget this lesson.  I've learned it at least three times before!

Hi,

you have to import your XML data into your form first.

This can be done either with Acrobat or in Reader tself if the form was certified before.

xml has been imported.  The xml data displays - no problem.  All of it looks great.  The only section that fails to meet expectations is the repeating subform.  It does not repeat.  I displays only the first entry.  So frustrating!
