Users and Groups cannot be added to a policy

Hi

We added a new enterprise domain and synchronised a Active Directory with LDAP authentication successfully (sync completed). When we have a look into the User and Group administration (adminui) then we can see the new domain with the groups and users.

OUR PROBLEM:

We create a new policy and would like to add users and groups to this policy. When the "Add User or Group" dialog shows up we cannot find any users or groups. Furthermore when we have a look into the domain dropdown menu there is only the entry "All Domains". Neither the "Default Domain" nor our new enterprise domain show up. This means that the only user of our policy is the "Document Publisher".

We are running LiveCycle Update 1 Service Pack 2 on Windows Server 2003 with a MS SQL Server 2005.

Did you create a policy set?  If so, what configuration did you set up (i.e. Visible Users and Groups, Policy Set Coordinator etc...)

Sure, we did not see that a policy set has groups and document publishers which allow to add users and groups to a policy.
