Upgrading custom activity from 7.(x) to ES and ES2 ?.

Hi ,

I have a custom QPACs which were developed  for Adobe LC version 7.x (7.2), Will it be possible to upgrade into 8.x/9.x via Process upgrade tool from LC WorkBench ?. If so how much effort i need to put to do so for one activity?.

Is there any problem come around while doing migrate 7.x custom QPACs to 8.x version? Then what will be the resolution?

Please help me in this issue.

There is a topic in Programming with LiveCycle ES2 that talks about upgrading a QPAC from 7.x to ES/ES2.

Basically you have to take the app logic in the QPAC and port it to a LC component whihc is just a Java POJO. A LiveCycle ES component does not have the libs that are required with a QPAC.
