Upgrade ES2 to ES2.5 no admin access to server

We need to upgrade our server from ES2 to ES2.5 but do not have direct access to the virtual server that the application is on. We are running JBoss on Solaris. Is there a way to create the EAR files remotely and then to deploy to the server?
