Unable to get subform to expand?

I have set the subform to Flowed and Allow page breaks within content.  Layout is set to Auto-fit.  The last object in the form "Details object" will not expand.  What am I missing?

Hi,

Check that the form is saved as a Dynamic XML Form in the save-as dialog.
