Hi there!
After an unsuccessful install operation from a CD (install software crashed and hung), I restarted the operation from a folder.
However, when I get to the turnkey options screen, only partial turnkey and manual options are available; turnkey option is greyed out and there is an explanation saying MySQL is already installed. But it is not.
Please, how do I get the Full Turnkey option back?
Thank you very much for any ideas.
Marcos

Hi Marcos,
Could you please confirm if your MySQL service is running or not? It is not running by default.
Also, LiveCycle Configuration Manager shows port#3306 by default, you should specify the port you have entered while installing turnkey.
Thanks and Regards

Hi Marcos,
Could you re-attempt Turnkey installation after deleting the Windows Services for JBoss and MySQL (if present)?
Thanks,

Hi Hina,
Thank you for the input!
Yes, I had already done that with no success.
I ended up solving this by removing mysql entries using regedit.
This way I could go back to installing using the turnkey option.
However now I've got a new problem - when I run the Configuration Manager I get an error when testing Mysql connectivity.

Thanks again Hina!
Actually it looks like mysql was not running.
After a reboot I started mysql (as I had set it to manual), ran Configuration Manager and now it's all running ok.
Thank you!
