Hi everyone,

I've been prompt with this message from one of my PDF forms for the first time. The PDF was distributed for the first time to the industry and once it came back to me the PDF wasn't behaving the way it was suppose to. The PDF is very complex and huge. It contains various information collected from a database and imported as an XML file. Once imported, the information is transferred in fields in a way that it can manipulated without any connection to the database. Then the form is reader enabled and ready to be used. I've done this with many different forms and never have I encountered such an error.

What I know about the error :

I would like to know exactly, what could possibly do this. By looking at the form and testing things, I feel like it's a specific version of Adobe Reader Either 9, 10, 11 or DC that would save the form but removes some data that are hidden in background. Is there any option within the application itself that can get Adobe Reader to save a form and remove information? Is it possible that a PDF Reader Enabled with Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, then opened and filled with a previous version of Adobe Reader and then saved could apply some unwanted changes to the form? When I do step by step the form to myself using my version of the software this never happens and everything work fine.

Anyone can help me on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

P.S.: Also I am waiting for more information coming from the user to try and understand what went wrong. For now this is all I have.

Thanks.
