Can any one please advise if it possible to have an option to switch to Form Guide or PDF form based on the selection of either radio or check box option ?
For example, if the user select "Create new iterm" button then it will go to Form Guide for them to fill out
or if the user select "Transfer or Update" then it will go to PDF form as the form is more complicated than the "Create new iterm" Form Guide.
I have tried to use the default one (PDF switching button in the Form Guide) but it does not work well as expected.
