Submit By E-Mail?

I created a form in Live Cycle and attached a "submit by e-mail"  button and attached my e-mail address to it.  When the button is used, the form comes back to me in a different format.  How can I correct this?

Hi,

Go to "Object" >> "Submit" >> "Submit Format" >> in DDL choose PDF.
