singnature field unfillable

I have a lifecycle form that I have published and then through adobe acrobat I have saved the form as reader extended PDF to allow the form to be fillable.  Once I do this my signature fields are not functioning.

Please provide more details, such as,

• what kind of signature field are you using;
• is it a dynamic or static form;
• what properties the signature field has in the Object > Signature tab
• Is the signature field working before you enable the Reader Extended PDF options
• If possible would you provide a template PDF with the error you are experiencing, so it would be easier to help you with this issue.
