Should I post about my work on social media?

Hey you guys,

I've started freelancing as a designer and I post screenshots of my work on my twitter from time to time. My client pool is currently individuals and small businesses, and I ask them beforehand if its okay to post about it, and if they don't mind, I post about it. Here's a link to give you an idea Photos and videos by 42 (@risla_n) | Twitter

I'm wondering if this is acceptable or if I shouldn't. Pros are that people are aware of my work and what I do. I'm confused as to whether this is alright as a designer, or if its wrong in some way. I wouldn't post about some work that my client hasn't allowed me to post about. These individuals and small business also 500 followers worth of publicity.
