setPageRotations equivalent in adobe reader without user interaction

setPageRotations works in only Acrobat. Could anyone suggest how to achieve this in adobe reader without the user interaction.

I don't believe you can. The rotate view menu items are not available to use with app.execMenuItem, and even if they were, you would not be able to get the current rotation.
