Saving Editable Flyers on LiveCycle ES2

I have Livecycle ES2 when making editable flyers (with editable text fields and image fields) my team will save the flyer, open it in Adobe AcrobatX Pro (enabling editional features in reader extended PDF) and get the following message -

then once I save it says it will give me a message that says that it's unable to save as an extended PDF or this -

but when someone tries to use the flyer, they cannot save it after editing the field in adobe reader.  What's going on and how do I fix this ?

is it possible to send the document? I understand the warning when trying to Reader Enable an already reader enabled doc. Not sure why it will not let it save.
