Saving a Form

I have asked our teachers to fill out a form that I created, print the form to discuss/review with their director and submit the form to me. Several have said they would like to save their form so they can edit it based on input from their director and make any revisions. Is this possible? When I open the form using Acrobat Reader, I get a message indicating the form can only be submitted and that any data will be deleted. Thanks!

You need to reader extend the form so that the users can save the form on their local machines using Acrobat Reader..

Open your Adobe Actobat Pro and choose Advanced menu and select Extend Features in Adobe Reader and save the file.
