Save pdf as readonly

Hi

Am new to this.My need is allow the user to fill the fields in the form and add an attachment.after user submit the form .Its works fine.But i cant able to get this form should save in local machine as read only and able to open pdf.Can anyone help me to come out of this.If so reply wit some sample pdf.

Are you using Acrobat or Reader to view the form?

Adobe reader to view the form.

For the Reader to do that you will need to Reader Extend it. You can use Acrobat to extend it to do a local save but that user will not be bale to add attachments (you need the full server version for that).
