I have created a form in LC ES3 and rendered the xdp to html. I am trying to restrict the input in certain fields so that they reflect only numbers and follow specific format, for example: date of birth field, should allow only numbers and be able to follow format {mm/dd/yyyy}. Social Security Number should be all numeric following format {999-99-9999}. . I have a pattern created and javascript in place for the xdp in LiveCycle Designer ES3 but once the form is rendered it does not follow that format. Can someone please advise how to proceed?
