Hi all,

I have been cleaning up on one of my LC ES2 servers and have terminated a lot of processes. However many of them is still (after 2 reboots of LC) still in the "Terminating" state. How can I get rid of them entirely?

Thanks in advance

Sincerely

Hi Kim,

There is always a way to remove the terminating process from LC.

You Could do that using the adminui by terminating the process.

Also, there is an last option that is there, only in case, you still can't get over it. LC Stores all the action flags of the processes in the LC DB, you can update the flag to change the status of the processes on the frontend. But this requires exact knowledge of the process ID's and constraints along with the tables effected.

Although this can be done when working in guidance with the Adobe Technical Support team. Manipulating dependencies in the LC DB, is not advisable and never recommended by adobe to its customers' hence, if you contact Adobe technical Support team, they would guide you on the queries keepting in perspective the environment and other specifics.

Hope it helps.

Cheers!
