I’m facing difficulties to edit a process I built in Workbench and so far I haven’t found out what is going on…
This process reads a number from a DB table and then writes back another number – that’s it. I’ve used very, very simple SQL SELECT and UPDATE statements, so that the client’s Oracle system would not have any problems with it (LiveCycle is running on MySQL on my development machine).
Ok, so the client imports and deploys the LCA in LiveCycle Administration Console and everything looks fine. However, when reaching the View screen for the process to go to the Configure screen (Home > Services > Application Services > Application Management > <process_name>), the process link is not active.
I wonder what is going on. Does it mean the process is not working correctly there?
