opens photo taking software with designer form

I create a form with Designer and I want that when someone clicks on a button on my form, my photo taking software opens, is it possible? how do I do?

I've enver tried this so I'm just supplying links I know about.

It can be done using Flash and needs ES3 or above. Or if you are rendering HTML5 forms with ES4.
