Numeric field turns 0 to {null}

I have a numeric (currency) field with the patterns set to allow zero on all four of the options but when I enter a "zero" in that field and move to the next object it switches to null and displays an empty box.  How do I set the pattern to allow for and display $0.00?  (The field is empty and null until it is populated)

Hi,

I think you should untick the allow zero in the display patterns. This option is available if you want a specific pattern for a zero value.

Otherwise if you keep it ticked, you will need to specify a pattern.
