Missing a conceptual step?

Is there supposed to be some sort of synchronisation between 'applications' and 'rooms' listed under my account at https://afcs.acrobat.com/, and the AFCS SDK Navigator Air app I downloaded and installed?

I create stuff at https://afcs.acrobat.com/ and it just seems to be non-functional. I try to create stuff within the Air app 'Room Console', and I seem to have more success. Thing is, the 'applications' and 'rooms' listed in the Air app are different from those listed at https://afcs.acrobat.com/ for my account.

The only part of this (lengthy and troublesome) process that seems to be working, is when I go to this URL: https://na2.connectnow.acrobat.com/danjah165/mymeeting. This loads and functions as I'd expect - given that it is a pre-built example. What is strange, is that this 'room' is not listed anywhere at https://afcs.acrobat.com/. Not only that, when I signed up at that website, it told me my URL to use was 'danjah' not 'danjah165'.

Have I entered a strange place where things are crossed over? Is it backwards day today? Am I missing a fundamental concept in setting up, creating and administering (albeit test) rooms?

It's probably worth mentioning that I cannot create new 'rooms' from within the Air app's Room Console, as the tutorial describes, even though I now have figured out my working account URL.

Screenshot of the functional but bizarrely hidden LCCS 'application' in called 'default' with a room in it called 'mymeeting' (note, https://afcs.acrobat.com/ says I have an app called 'default' and a room within it called 'myfirstroom', which launches via the URL https://na2.connectnow.acrobat.com/danjah165/myfirstroom, but never connects).
