I have completed a job for a client and they are having issues when someone submits a form online via the LuxSci/email (submit form) that the opposite box is checked when not intended. Example: Are You Married YES or NO and if they say YES and it's submitted as YES when it's downloaded it comes back as the check box for no.
Any ideas what this may be? I may need an Adobe employees help on this issue.
