LiveCycle Designer ES4 has randomly stopped opening on my computer.

I purchased LiveCycle in 2013, and it has been working for over 2 years. Just in the past month it has stopped opening on my computer. When I click on the icon, the first screen pops up, but then disappears and nothing happens.

How can I get it working again?
